The State Council on Developmental Disability is hosting - Healthy U Series: Inspiring Healthy Habits for All!

Healthy U Series will be held on the 2nd Wednesday of every month from January through June 2024.

• Eating Better on a Budget
• Making Every Dollar Count
• Social Emotional Connection to Food
• Sugar, Sugar, Sugar!

After completing four of the six classes, participants will receive a certificate from CalFresh Healthy Living, University of California.
