Join us for a new workshop series presented in partnership with Monterey County Behavioral Health and Monterey County SELPA! Learn about developmental stages, the impacts of trauma, managing anxiety and depression, and parent mental health and self-care. This series will be presented every other Thursday from October 10 - November 21.
