Gross Motor Skills

Special Kids Connect's STAR Toy Library offers free memberships to families. STAR Toy Library is located at 334 Main St., Salinas, CA 93901.  For questions, contact [email protected] or call (831) 372-2730. 

So that we can keep family memberships FREE of charge, please keep the following in mind:

  • Toys may be checked out for 2 calendar weeks.  Late toys are subject to a late fee of $0.50 (50 cents) per toy, per day. 
  • Renewal approvals are subject to a toy's status on our waiting list.  If a toy is not reserved for another family, it may be renewed ONE time, by phone, as long as the borrower calls on or before the return date. 
  • Please take care of the toys borrowed.  Toys that are returned damaged, noticeably scuffed, or are returned with pieces that are missing are subject to a fine that equals the full replacement cost of the entire toy.
