School Year Kickoff Sessions: Promoting Inclusion in Education

This is a workshop presented by the State Council on Developmental Disabilites (SCDD). Join the SCDD for their School Year Kickoff Sessions, created to help students with disabilities and their families prepare for a successful start to the school year. The first session will provide an overview of key education topics, along with a Q&A where participants can ask questions and learn more about education rights, processes, and available resources. The second session will focus on educational inclusion, highlighting the rights, strategies, and resources that support equitable learning opportunities and meaningful participation for students with disabilities.
