Special Kids Connect is hosting a Loteria Night at the Elks Lodge in Salinas. This event is open to the whole family with a cost of $5 for adults, ages 18 and over. Attendees 17 and under are free but MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A CHAPERONE to attend this event. A pizza dinner will be provided.
