Special Kids Connect and Imagine Supported Living Services invite you to join us for an in-person Self-Determination Workshop at the Special Kids Connect office!

Come learn about the Self-Determination Program (SDP) through a panel discussion featuring facilitators and participants who will share their real-life experiences, including the pros and cons of Self-Determination. This is a great opportunity to ask questions, hear different perspectives, and determine whether SDP is the right fit for you and your family.

Lunch will be provided.  Registration is required!
