Coastal Kids Home Care is excited to announce its 12th annual Touch-A-Truck Salinas event. For over a decade, Coastal Kids has put on Touch-A-Truck in Salinas -- the signature fundraiser for Coastal Kids Home Care. The event includes vehicles, food trucks, entertainment, and more. Children and adults can climb into a fire engine, explore a bulldozer, and get behind the wheel of a big rig. They can learn about CPR, build a toy truck, and enjoy carnival games all while enjoying tasty treats. The event has grown from a small grassroots effort to an eagerly anticipated community event attracting over 1,000 kids and kids at heart. Proceeds from TOUCH-A-TRUCK have always benefited Coastal Kids Home Care--our area's only provider of in-home medical, social service, and therapy visits to children living with illness in our community.
